The Company shall provide a technical support specialist consultancy to carry out such activities:

• Orientation towards the policies and regional programs, the national ones, and international communitarian ones, it evaluates the compliance of measures and activities with the characteristics and peculiarities of the subjects and the context in which they must be carried out through careful monitoring, targeted to identify the best funding opportunities offered by these different instruments, without a detailed local knowledge and existing business through the exchange of know-how with the various professionals involved, with particular attention to the purposes that the combined work of these means allow to pursue;

• Monitoring of funding opportunities offered by the World Bank, the African Development Bank, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Inter-American Development Bank, European Bank and other international institutions, the various Ministries concerned (Public Works, Development economic) and the Public Administrations (Regions, Provinces), intended to encourage and support initiatives;

• Information and dissemination of the call for proposals and public notices;

• Construction of the partnership and research of European and international partners, through a strong network of links created with the diplomatic missions, organizations or institutions, associations and NGOs, economic operators in the third countries;

• Check of the eligibility of the promoters and compliance of the project proposal with the requirements for participation  to the call for proposals  and / or public notices;

• Planning, Design and Support to the stakeholders interested  in applying for funding, specifically:
  • analysis of pre-feasibility and feasibility
  • cooperation for the establishment of the project idea
  • requests for opinions and clearance according to existing regulations
  • studies and geological analysis, topographical surveys of  the lands acquisition of the maps
  • detection of financial instruments to support the project through the use of project financing
  • preparation of material or immaterial project proposals, of data sheets and technical and administrative documents
  • economic financial elaboration  in the phase of the conclusion of the Convention and / or of the contract with the donor authority
  • legal and juridical advice.

• Presentation of the proposed project;

• Implementation of project activities;

• Other activities related to commercial management, participation and organization of conferences, exhibitions, fairs, marketing, market research, developing marketing plans, studies and research in the area, training courses, research and development of e-commerce , problems of marketing and market penetration, organization issues.

The company has developed and implements projects on public procurement and private, ranging in different sectors: from agriculture to industry, commerce services, from consolidation, for solving hydrogeological, using among other engineering nature, the design of interventions for the safety of landslides greater impact related to settlements and infrastructure.

To institutions or individuals who come to the company, an advisory service is  provided   to assess what financial instrument can be used to obtain the resources needed to implement the project idea.

Then the design is performed at every stage, and finally an assistance is provided  during the administrative process for approval of the practice, until obtaining the contributions.
